By accessing or using the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering, or submitting information — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To register as a member and use the Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, be legally eligible to marry, and be a member of the Submitter faith community (monotheists who follow the Quran alone).

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of the Platform

The Platform is provided solely for the purpose of facilitating genuine matrimonial connections.

5. Profile Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform, including your profile information and photos.

Your privacy is important to us. Certain sensitive personal information is only revealed to other members upon mutual approval of a contact request.

7. Contact Connections

The Platform allows members to send and receive contact requests. A member may only maintain one active connection at a time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Submitter Matrimony.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you have violated this Agreement.
